(2) Overtime will be charged additionally; 15 minutes (inclusive) or more counts as one full hour
(3) Actual booking details will be confirmed by our staff; please check messages or call us if we cannot reach you
(4) To ensure vehicle availability, please make reservations at least 72 hours in advance
(5) After vehicle dispatch, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time
(6) Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure such as typhoons, natural disasters, or road closures
(7) An additional NT$1,500 per vehicle applies during the Lunar New Year period
